Outlandish Brew Co - Stramash

Stramash: / strə'ma∫ / Noun A crash or a smashup. We changed the normal fermenting treatment of an IPA by cooling it down and adding a lagering yeast. We expected things to kick off with a bit of a stramash… but fortunately a harmonious co-existance was the result. Phew…

Tasting notes: Pale malts, flaked rice and simcoe hops, this craft beer is made with fresh ingredients and is not fully filtered for fuller flavour, so we're proud that it's cloudy.
